Who says that being single has to be dull and boring? Being single can be adventurous and exciting. It is up to you to determine what you want to do and how you want to do it. You can get your team together to support you and in many cases participate in what you want to do. Live your highest and best dreams and don’t allow anything or anyone to deter you from finding your action!
If you are unattached, and are not a parent, you have the freedom to come and go as you please and pick up at the spur of the moment and do whatever you please. If you are a parent or married or part of a couple you may have to make plans, but action should still be a part of your life. Sometimes when we become parents or married or coupled up we tend to become complacent and stay in on weekends, don’t go out anymore, sleep in and forget about all of the things we wanted to do. Now while I am a huge fan of sleeping in, there are times when we have to bring the action to our lives.
I have a friend who want to go sky diving. Now while I would NEVER sky dive, I do support her dream to sky dive. We (myself and another friend) decided that we would meet her in the park with lunch once her dive is over. One of my desires is to zip line, either at a resort or down the Vegas strip, so when I make it to the Caribbean or Vegas I plan to explore my adventurous side. Recently, I enjoy a night out clubbing. While it has been years since I went to a club and enjoyed the music and danced and enjoyed a drink, it was a nice night with good company. Now while it may be some time before I do that again, (when I got home I was knocked out) it was an action packed fun-filled night.
Action does not stop because you are single. Life should not stop because you are single, even if you are a single parent or in a relationship. Everyone needs a little adventure in their lives and single women are no different. Think about what you would like to do, run a marathon, sky dive, zip line, pole dance, drive a race car. Whatever it is make plans and then do it. Bring on the action, doing something is so much more fun than just talking about it. I look forward to hearing about all of the adventures you all decide to take.
